The current page is intended for organizing work with arbitrary user names - Nicknames. This feature is extremely useful in those networks where users - due to their professional activity - often change one workplace for another.

In the Current Nickname area you see the input box in which the current Nickname is always displayed. The changing of this box value will result in changing of the Nickname at clicking on the “OK” button in the options dialog. Clicking on the "Add" button will result in putting Current Nickname into the list of the Nicknames being in use.

Below you can see the nicknames being in use list. You can select any of them as current. It is also possible to delete nicknames from the list and to change their position.

The “Show Nicknames instead of Computer Names” switch operates the nickname display mode. If it is switched on, the corresponding nicknames are displayed everywhere instead of the computer names.

“Show Current Nickname in Second Toolbar” switch specifies, whether the Current Nickname is entered in the central part of Second Toolbar.

Attention: Don't use real network object names as Nicknames (computer and workstation names), as well as the Nicknames which are already in use.
