Open Quick Messages Menu.

Autoanswer on/off/select message - F6, Ctrl-F6.

Reply – F2, Ctrl-Enter.
Reply to the current user.

Send – F3, Enter or doubleclick User List item or Alt-Enter.
Send a message to the selected user(s).

In the central part of the toolbar the current nickname can be displayed (the option is activized on the Nickname page of the program option dialog). A double-click in this area will result in the appearance of Current Nickname choice menu.
